AdVenture Development is excited to share our latest project with you, Eastfield. Eastfield is conveniently located on I-95 at exits 97 and 98 (Selma) in the Raleigh, NC metro area. Highway 70, the future Interstate 42, also provides easy access to the development.
Eastfield is a 435-acre mixed use development that represents a unique combination of manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and both single and multi-family residential properties.
Together, this acreage is already entitled for over 3-million square feet of developed space. From small retail spaces to industrial tenants that will occupy 1 million+ square feet themselves, Eastfield will serve its local, regional, and I-95 traveler users with a variety of options not found anywhere outside of major metropolitan areas.

Development
Eastfield is a modern mixed-use plan that will include 3.0 million sq. ft. of business park, medical space, retail space, 3 hotels, senior living, multi-family, single-family and entertainment. Eastfield will be a walkable community with trails for walking, jogging and bicycling. Eastfield will emphasize farm-to-table and many high tech and smart city amenities.
Business Park
The 1 million+ sq. ft. Eastfield Business Park is located in the center of the eastern seaboard along I-95, offering north, south, east and west highway and rail access. Future tenants in the Business Park include Crystal Window & Door and Veetee Foods.
Farmers Market
Johnston County residents will enjoy the opportunity to sell and purchase fresh, home-grown farm produce at a conveniently located farmers market in Eastfield.
Hotels
Eastfield will offer three “A” level hotels with sophisticated design and stylish touches to accommodate both the business and leisure traveler with easy access on and off of I-95 and Highway 70, the future I-42.
Eastfield Farms
The future Eastfield Farms will include beautifully built and expertly constructed single-family homes. This exceptional new home community will accent the natural beauty of the area with easy access to local amenities such as numerous shopping facilities, diverse dining and recreational activities.
Town Center
Eastfield’s Town Center will include 500,000 sq. ft. of retail space and will offer a multitude of dining and shopping options. Restaurants will include traditional favorites and new farm-to-table options. Retail offerings will meet the needs of shoppers within Johnston County, as well as the I-95 traveler. The first phase of retail tenants opened in October 2024, including Academy Sports, Ross, Burlington, Five Below, Ulta, Marshall’s, Old Navy, and Hobby Lobby. Future phases include Target and other retail and dining options.
