Old North State Food Hall Set to Open at Eastfield Crossing

Eastfield Associates LLC is pleased to announce that Old North State Food Hall will open in the Triangle East Collaborative (TEC) at Eastfield Crossing.

Old North State Food Hall, with 10 unique food vendors and a craft brew house showcasing North Carolina’s finest beers, will span 15,000 square feet.

Lane Property Management will operate Old North State Food Hall, with an anticipated spring 2020 opening.  Lane Property Management President Larry Lane said, “We look forward to partnering with Eastfield Associates to introduce popular beers and local cuisine to residents and visitors in the region.”

Eastfield Associates LLC and Lane Property Management have retained Cushman & Wakefield as project consultants. Phil Colicchio, Executive Managing Director of Specialty Food Beverage and Entertainment Consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, added, “The Old North State Food Hall has become one of the nation’s most eagerly anticipated culinary openings. Food writers from across the country have fallen in love with the idea that an authentic North Carolina food and beverage experience will soon exist just off of one of America’s most frequently traveled highways.”

TEC is part of Eastfield Crossing, a vast 3 million square foot mixed-use project in Johnston County, located at Exit 97 along Interstate 95. TEC is a 75,000 square foot building previously known as the JR Building. JR Cigar Outlet remains a co-tenant in reduced space.
