Pine Needle Square shopping center is located on US 301 (Brightleaf Boulevard) at Hospital Rd. in Smithfield, NC, strategically located next to UNC Johnston Hospital in the Smithfield Business district. Major renovations and updates were made in 2020 and 2021 to this shopping center that includes a grocery store, a variety of businesses and a restaurant.
